Custom hoodies for UAE teams
Explore pullover, zip-up and contrasting-panel hoodies for staff clothing, university groups, school activities and branded merchandise. Compare the hood, opening, pocket layout and available decoration space before shortlisting a design. A large front print needs different placement on a zip hoodie than on a pullover.
Materials and fabrics
The catalogue includes cotton fleece, single jersey, 220 GSM cotton honeycomb polos, cotton-blend dry-fit garments, polyester Cool Mesh polos and twill cargo trousers. Each product has its own specification. Choose from the individual product details and review the actual fabric for texture, weight, drape and finishing before approval.
Sizes and fit
Request the measurement chart for each selected garment. Record chest and body length for tops, and waist and inseam for trousers. Keep separate size breakdowns for men, women and children where those fits are offered. Review an actual sample for the intended wearer rather than assuming that size labels are interchangeable between styles.
Printing and embroidery
Discuss hoodie printing, embroidered polo shirts, printed T-shirts, cap embroidery or personalised senior jackets with the selected product link. Send clear artwork and its intended physical size. Printing, embroidery and patches produce different finishes; the appropriate method depends on fabric, artwork detail, placement and order quantity.
Colour and sample approval
Compare the actual shade card with your brand colours. For two-colour garments, agree body, sleeves, panels, collar, cuffs and placket individually. For coordinated cargo outfits, confirm the contrasting pocket colour against the polo body. Ask which mockup, fabric swatch, stitch-out or garment sample is required, and confirm any associated charge with the quotation.
Bulk uniforms, schools and events
Prepare a separate line for each design, colour and size when planning a group order. School senior jackets also need an approved list of names and graduation details. For corporate uniforms, agree logo positions across the different garments. For events, give the required arrival date and destination when requesting the quotation.
UAE delivery enquiries
Orient Uniforms FZE accepts delivery enquiries across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. For another UAE town or a remote work site, send the full destination, receiving contact and access details. Production timing, freight and any split deliveries are confirmed for the order; the office is in Sharjah.
From your brief to packing
Start with product references, quantities, size breakdowns, colours, artwork and the delivery destination. Review the quotation and agreed approval stages before production. If packing must be separated by wearer, department or branch, include those instructions in the brief. Keep one final approved specification for the garments, decoration and packing.
Reorders and ongoing uniform supply
Keep the approved SKU, garment measurements, fabric and colour reference, artwork file and decoration dimensions together. Include these details in a repeat enquiry so the current options can be compared with the earlier order.
